Position Details: Senior Full-Stack Developer (React and C#)

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and operating scalable healthcare applications that support healthcare platform.  You will work closely with DevOps, product, and clinical stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant software solutions.

This role is hands-on across the full development lifecycle from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and production support.  You will contribute to architectural decisions, champion best practices, and help elevate the overall engineering maturity of the team. 

Prior experience working in regulated environments is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack healthcare applications using C#, .NET, and React
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices supporting complex healthcare workflows
• Develop secure, responsive, and high-performance front-end interfaces
• Implement event-driven and message-based architectures using modern message bus technologies
• Partner with DevOps and SRE teams to deploy and operate applications on Azure and GCP
• Ensure systems meet healthcare security, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and operations
• Mentor and support junior engineers through guidance and code quality leadership
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to incident resolution when needed
• Promote engineering standards, documentation, and best practices across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and architectural design
• Extensive experience with React, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with message bus technologies (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Strong experience deploying and operating applications on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
• Solid experience with SQL Server
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently as well as in collaborative, team-based environments
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Prior experience building healthcare software applications
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare interoperability standards
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of authentication and identity standards such as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
