Position Details: Business Development Manager
Description:
We are looking for an expereinced Business Development Manager who can independently manage the complete BD Cycle. This is a key role where the candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, conducting client meetings,cold calling, preparing proposals, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in target market (internationally).
- Generate Qualify leads through multiple channels (email outreach, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to attract new business,
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand project requirements.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Lead the negotiation and closing process.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Track business development metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Requirement:
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of expereince as Business development in Software house.
- Strong understanding of the complete business development life cycle.
- Expereince working with international clients (especially in the US, UK, UAE, or Europe).
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage lead generation, outreach, meetings, proposals, and deal closures.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
