Position Details: Business Development Manager

Description:

We are looking for an expereinced Business Development Manager who can independently manage the complete BD Cycle. This is a key role where the candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, conducting client meetings,cold calling, preparing proposals, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships   

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in target market (internationally).
  • Generate Qualify leads through multiple channels (email outreach, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns to attract new business,
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing process.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Track business development metrics and provide regular reports to management.  

Requirement:

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of expereince as Business development in Software house.
  • Strong understanding of the complete business development life cycle.
  • Expereince working with international clients (especially in the US, UK, UAE, or Europe).
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently manage lead generation, outreach, meetings, proposals, and deal closures.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
